Chicken & Biscuit Casserole

Casserole Made From Scratch…

If you ask me, comfort food is the best food, especially when it’s a cold outside and you have a nice, warm casserole to fill you up. Winter can truly be brutal. Hands are freezing from cleaning off cars, winter coats just don’t seem warm enough, the snow keeps falling in your socks and the wind just won’t stop blowing, and on those days, you definitely want something soothing to help relax.

Well, this post just may do the trick. It’s the perfect recipe if you want some good ol’ fashion chicken and biscuits, baked like mom’s casserole.

Don’t be afraid if you think this dish looks complicated, I promise it’s not and while their are a few ingredients, it only requires two pots. You will need one pot to simmer your ingredients for the actual casserole and a non-stick pan to bake it with the biscuits.
