I have suffered from acne off and on throughout my life constantly. Though I have tried the top brands listed for acne treatments and even went to see a dermatologist in efforts to get rid of my pimples; they always seem to come back.
I refuse to bad mouth any products that I’ve used in my past, however, the merchandise that I bought in the past, were not exactly meant for my skin type. I have combination skin and in certain seasons, my skin changes from oily to dry, then back to oily! Most of those acne products would leave my skin so red and would often peel all the time. Turmeric Facial Mask:
- Small bowl
- 1/4 Teaspoon of Turmeric
- 1 Tablespoon of Honey (organic honey can be used as well)
- 1/2 Teaspoon of Lemon Juice
- Gloves (Turmeric will stain your hands)
*Combine all ingredients together in a small bowl and apply to the acne prone area. Allow mixture to sit on the skin for 10-20 minutes and then rinse off with water followed by your regular skin care products.*
