Baskets on a Budget…
If you celebrate the Easter holiday, do remember how exciting it was to receive an Easter basket?! I couldn’t wait until Easter because I knew as a child, I would be coloring eggs, hunting for eggs filled with candy, and getting an Easter basket!
Growing up, I always loved when Easter came around. It meant that Spring is in the air and school was about to let out soon for Summer. It also meant that I could spend more time outside with friends without my mother worrying about me catching a cold because of Winter.
Easter baskets these days look way different from when I was growing up. There is some many different kinds including the basket made out of candy, star wars themed, and even edible baskets! Can you believe that?!
In this selection, I want to share with you ways you can stuff your child(s) Easter baskets at home using items that can be purchased at your local dollar store and even on Amazon.
Now that I am older and have a child of my own, I know realize that it is very costly to purchase an Easter basket. After several inspired Easter basket themes that I found on Pinterest, I decided to go ahead and make my own version with items I know my son will play with.
