Girls Night In Helpful Tips…
Girls nights are very important to have especially if you have girlfriends that you can trust and rely on. Sometimes us girls just need that time to get together and just share a few laughs and drinks. There’s no harm in venting to each other as long as you know you can confine in the others.
You don’t need a huge circle of friends to have a good time. In fact, you can have a ball with just a few people in a room and by having the right entertainment as well as snacks; your night will be enjoyable. In this article, I want to share 4 quick tips that will make a girls night in worthwhile.
1. Food and Snacks
Having something to munch on is an absolute must at any gathering and since it’s a girls night, it is critical! Finger food is probably the best resort that my friends and I always end up having. It’s an easy cleanup and we pretty much have enough to go around. Everyone brings their own snacks while waiting on food that might have been ordered. Items like popcorn and something sweet (there is always someone going to be having a sweet tooth attack) are perfect to have! Wings as well as pizza, are some really good alternatives too so be sure to purchase plastic ware so no one is forced to dishes in the end!
2. Alcoholic and Non-alcoholic Beverages
Not everyone enjoys alcohol so keep a few drinks on hand that do not have alcohol in it. My friends and I like to have a variety of drink options that include liquor, juice, water, and depending on what side of the country you reside; pop or soda! My go to drink is always a frozen daiquiri or margarita in any kind of flavor, however, some of my girls love tequila, vodka and wine. Whatever the case, we always have so much fun when alcohol is involved.
Disclaimer: Please drink responsibly! No drinking and driving!
3. Movies and TV Shows
Even though the night might consist of food, drinks, and laughter; you still may want to consider having a few movie choices as well as tv shows for background noise. There is nothing like have a couple of chick flicks to gossip about while chilling with your friends!
Games are just as important as food! The last girls night that I had attended was so much fun because drinking and games were together. Those two go hand in hand for some forever lasting laughter! Games such as Jenga, Scattergories, Taboo and even cards just to name a few; will most certainly make the night so much fun!
