How to: Grow Thicker Lashes and Brows By Using Castor Oil…
How many times have you thought about growing thicker lashes and eyebrows, but didn’t know where to start? I cannot begin to describe how many time I’ve been there, but after trial and error, I found the quickest way to go about making them both thicker by using castor oil! This helpful tip was shared by The Find Guru on YouTube and I’m so happy that she posted this video that I linked below.
Not only are thicker brows trending now, they’re also more natural looking and a lot easier to maintain. Back in the mid-2000’s, many people went for the thinner brow look because it was the “in” thing at that time. If you flip through some of your older pictures of yourself, see if you can find a picture of how your brows looked back then. If they were thin, they were in!! After looking at some of my pictures, I see this is probably why my brows haven’t been cooperating with me lately.
I’ve been experiencing some major issues with my eyebrows and it’s becoming a bit frustrating. I have what is called an “already” arched brow and when I was going to get my brows cleaned up, the brow tech would take more hair out than I wanted. This always left me with semi thick brows in the beginning of the brow, but the end of the brow was terribly thin. I had to fill in my tail everyday for 2 months straight. I went to another tech and she did the same thing after I told her I only want my brows cleaned up.
This whole ordeal left me not only annoyed, but I now have a thin tail and my arch hasn’t been the same since it was pretty much taking off! After being fed up with the way they have looked for the last few years, I spent a couple of days researching ways to get my eyebrows back to what they use to be before going to get them done. I found this video and that seems like it is going to help me along with others that might be dealing with the same issue. By just simply putting castor oil on the brows on a routinely basis can help them grow in thicker.
Also, it can help your lashes grow as well if you want them to become thicker too. Many people like to either use fake lashes or apply a ton of mascara on their lashes to make them look thicker and fuller. The question is, are you taking care of your “real” lashes after you remove all of the products that are in the glue or mascara? I know for me, I basically just use my regular makeup remover wipes, wash my face with my facial cleansers, and go about my day or night. I didn’t even think about how important it is to take care of my actual lashes as well. Over time, they get thin and shed; just like the hair on your head.
So it is very important to not only take proper care of your skin when you remove your makeup, but your lashes too. The castor oil process will take sometime for you to notice a difference, however, you just need some patience and use this method on a scheduled routine. Your brows and lashes will look fabulous as well as healthy in no time!
