The possibilities are endless…
I am possible and so are you.
We’ve all been told that if you do not believe in yourself, then no one else will. If you do not love yourself, no one else can. Whether you like it or not, how you see yourself rubs off on other people. I for example, am starting this new venture as a blogger, but with a bit of anxiety. I’ve always loved to write and share my point of view with anyone willing to listen, but this was not an easy step. I was extremely afraid of the way people would judge my work. Honestly, that angst has not gone away, yet I continue to feel the fear and do it anyway.
We all have those moments where we question our purpose and our worth. At times, those nagging thoughts can feel like they have taken possession of our mind. When those heavy days come it is very easy to throw in the towel and give up. I am possible, feels like nothing more than a pointless affirmation in our darkest hour.
Nevertheless, if you remain steadfast and keep going, reminding yourself that you can do any and everything you put your mind to, it will get easier. In the midst of difficult times I personally like to meditate, but if that does not work for you, just find your happy place. Come out of every situation knowing that no matter what happens, you are a fighter and you have been training for this your whole life.
When things go well, don’t be afraid to pat yourself on the back. It feels great to get things accomplished and you should always feel a sense of pride for what you do. Remember positive reinforcement does not show a lack of humility, it is actually one of the building blocks of confidence. If you can dream it then you can do it, which means ‘I am possible and so are you’. The only impossibilities are the barriers you put in front of yourself, find peace within, so you can shine all around like the sun. In case you forgot, we are all stardust.
